Company was founded in the year 1990 by Mr. Vilas K. Birari as a very small firm basically engaged in smalltime private jobs. Since then it has grown from the level of INR 2 Million to the current level of INR 3.5 Billion in a matter of 30 years registering an impressive CAGR of 60% (in Last Five Years) which is a remarkable feat by any standard.

For over these 26 years now, HCPL has been performing for Industrial, Institutional, Infrastructure and Real Estate Projects of various scales for various clients across the board from emerging business houses to renowned Indian & Multinational Corporations to Government Departments.

Even during its development phase, HCPL has been supporting three more business verticals which have now grown into separate entities in their own domain. These are
